Executive Director (Ship Management):
A Marine Engineer holding 1st Class Certificate of Competency with at least 5 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer on Foreign going ships.
Preference will be given to a candidate having:
a) Masters degree in Business Management or equivalent from HEC recognized institute.
b) 05 years of shore based experience in Ship Management including repairs, maintenance, dry docking, procurement of ship stores / spares and ship personnel in a large national or multinational organization.
c) Experience of LNG loading & discharging and LNG vessel operation.
d) Experience of leading environment project related to shipping emission as per COP-26 targets.

Manager (Legal):
LLB, preferably LLM from HEC recognized institute or foreign qualification in Law from a reputable institute also duly recognized by HEC.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in a reputable company / Law firm.
Preference will be given to candidate having:
a) Knowledge of Shipping Laws, Admiralty jurisdiction, Merchant Shipping Ordinance, well-versed in MLC-2006, SOLAS, STCW, International Procurement, Law of sea, International Arbitration also having updated knowledge of legislation on ship arrest / registration under respective conventions.
b) Experience of Industrial relations particularly Marine Insurance matter.
c) Experience of handling Legal matters of shipping office, MMD, Ministry of Maritime Affairs.
